-Thai yoga massage: that as it's origin in India the most ancient and authentic healing art , offer you the importance of Mindfulness combine dynamic movements , various massage hands techniques, basics and advanced stretches.
-Acupressure: you will be introduced during the training to some important points of Chinese medicine, that can help to get a more effective massage.
-Western theory base on anatomy: we will view during the class , with the help of an Anatomy application, some basics about muscles, bones and nerves .
-Qigong of Yangsheng Longevity is comprised of simple movements aligned with the breath. It is designed to improve and restore health, dredge the meridians, remove disease, prolong life, replenish original qi and increase power of immune system.
Martial artist use Qigong as foundation .
At the root Qigong was used as Spiritual practice.
Using the principle of Qigong and Taichi while giving massage will save you energy, protect your articulations and reduce the tensions of your own body.

ABOUT
Kiam Frohlich
Kiam was born in the Caribbean.
He spent a lot of time in Southeast Asia, starting in Nepal and Thailand where he discovered Vipassana Meditation and Buddhism philosophy. In Chiang Mai, Thailand he enrolled in Thai Massage studies and learned with various teachers including: Noam Tyroler (Thai acupressure), David Lutt (Osteothai), Kam Thye Chow (Hand techniques), Master Pichest Boonthumme.
He studied at the Lahu Village and Sunshine School and continued his journey to offer massage to communities in small villages around Burma and Thailand.
In Australia he fell in love with Qigong, a practice of Traditional Chinese medicine, and practiced the Choy lee Fu System a few years then studied at The Five Immortal Temple in Wudang Mountain China.
Grateful to his teachers, who taught him to work in mindfulness and good intention.
